A Message from our CEO regarding Recon Ready Goggles

We have built a shop selection page to make it easier to find Recon Ready goggles and MOD/MOD Live.

Dear Customers, 

I’m the CEO of Recon Instruments. In the past couple of weeks we have received complaints about the lack of availability of Recon Ready goggles from our authorized partners. This has undoubtedly caused a great deal of frustration for our MOD and MOD Live customers, which is why I am personally reaching out to explain what has happened and what we are doing to solve the problem.

Our Recon Ready goggle partners are all European based companies with previously limited access to the North American markets. Due to unexpected high demand in Europe for our products and unforseen issues with customs, the goggle production and shipments to North America have been slightly delayed. I realize this delay is extremely annoying and I can assure you we are working diligently with our partners towards solving the problem.  

In order to improve customer service going forward and to make it easier to locate and purchase Recon Ready goggles we will be:

• Building a new shop function, which based on your individual needs and geographic location will narrow down the best options for purchasing  Recon products and Recon Ready goggles from our partners
• Constantly expanding our goggle partner base thereby increasing your chances of finding your favorite goggle brand in a Recon Ready version
• Continuing to update the status of this situation. We will make updates via facebook, twitter and our official support thread on this topic or sign up to get email updates

Please bear with us as we work with our partners to get these goggles into your hands. We are extremely excited about the launch of our MOD platforms and we can hardly wait for our products to be put to use in the Snow this season.
