Firmware Updates

Update to the latest software for your Transcend, MOD or MOD Live.

• Download and Install the latest HQ Software above
• Plug in your Transcend, MOD or MOD Live via USB into your computer
• Run the HQ software and follow the on-screen prompts to upgrade your firmware.

*Some users may need to uninstall previous versions of the HQ software. Check our help community for any questions you may have.
